To minimize our impact on the environment and the Indian River Lagoon we use corn-based disposable plasticware, sugarcane-based take out containers, and other paper and bamboo products. They are 100 % biodegradable and compostable. We have sourced almost all of our seafood from sustainable fisheries and look forward to having more local fare going forward. The entire restaurant and bar was rehabbed by local contractors and artisans. The property is owned by the city of Titusville and is managed by North Brevard Parks and Recreation and proudly maintained by all of us
